4. Deliveries are done within the stated time frame. We are unable to provide an expected time of arrival for the orders since a variety of factors, including but not limited to weather, traffic, volume of orders, delivery vendors’ route decisions, and other factors, can affect delivery timings.

C. DELIVERY MATTERS, LIABILITY, LATE DELIVERY AND NON-DELIVERY
1. It is the sender’s duty to ensure that the recipient’s delivery information is accurate and that someone is there to accept the order.
2. Our delivery partners will only attempt to contact the recipient if they encounter problems locating the recipient. The sender will be contacted if the recipient cannot be reached.
3. In the event that no one is present to receive the order with both the recipient and sender uncontactable to give instructions, our delivery partners will leave the order outside of the unit so that they can proceed with other deliveries and not affect the delivery times of other orders.
4. Orders that cannot be delivered directly to the recipient at places like hotels, offices, medical facilities, etc. Will be given to the mail room, concierge, reception desk, or other specified drop off sites.
5. The order will be returned to The Flower Pixie’s premises if no one is available to accept it at places where it is not practical to leave it outside the unit, such as outside the gate of a landed property, and neither the sender nor the recipient can be reached to provide instructions. After that, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful.
Redelivery will incur additional fees. Please refer to Section “Unsuccessful Delivery and Redelivery” for more details.
6. In the circumstances listed below, neither we nor our delivery partners will be held responsible for delayed deliveries:
- The delivery address provided is incorrect
- The sender’s or recipient’s contact number is invalid
- No one is present to receive the order
- There is no such recipient at the delivery address
- The sender and the recipient are not reachable
- Security protocol delays
- Force majeure
7. Force Majeure
- For the purpose of this Agreement, an “event of force majeure” means any circumstance not within the reasonable control of The FlowerPixie despite the exercise of reasonable diligence and the observance of good business practices that adversely affects the ability of The Flower Pixie to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and The Flower Pixie has taken all reasonable precautions, due care, and reasonable alternative measures in order to avoid the effect of such an event on its ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement and to mitigate the consequences thereof
- Instances of force majeure events include but are not limited to the following: acts of God, accidents, traffic conditions, adverse weather, natural catastrophes, fires, storms, floods, explosions, epidemics, pandemics, civil commotions, riots, strikes, work stoppages, wars, terrorist acts, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, embargoes, exchange or market rulings, suspension of trading, extreme market volumes or volatility, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy, disruption in supply chains, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host or internet service providers
8. We and our delivery partners shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or disappearance to the order after delivery is done in the situations described below:
- The recipient or representative has acknowledged receipt of the order
- Once the order is left outside the apartment, mail room, concierge, reception desk, or other approved drop-off locations—with or without the recipient or sender’s instructions
- After being instructed to leave the order where it is impractical to do so, such as outside a landed property, commercial unit, shopfront, shophouse, etc
9. Our delivery partners will take a picture of the order when it arrives at the delivery location as a proof of delivery for our records only. In the event of a disagreement between the sender or recipient and us, it will be utilized.
10. Requests to take photographs of recipients holding their delivered orders are not entertained.
11. We do not accept requests from clients to take photographs of the completed products because orders are filled precisely as they are listed in our catalogue. In addition, we perform quality inspections before passing them to our delivery partners.
D. UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY AND REDELIVERY
1. Our delivery partners will make an effort to get in touch with the sender and recipient in the cases listed below to request additional instructions. There will be a 5-minute grace period:
- The delivery address provided is incorrect
- The recipient’s contact number is invalid
- No one is present to receive the order
- There is no such recipient at the delivery address
- Leaving the order where it is impractical to do so, such as outside a landed property, commercial unit, shopfront, shophouse, etc
2. If issues occur during delivery and neither the sender nor the recipient can be reached for instructions, the order will be returned to The Flower Pixie’s premises. After that, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful.
Redelivery will incur additional fees.
3. Redelivery is subject to the following redelivery fees:

4. Only after receiving the redelivery fees (and, if necessary, a new delivery address) within an hour after the last delivery time can our delivery partners proceed with the redelivery.
5. Redelivery will be scheduled for a later time a tour delivery partners’ convenience.
6. In order to preserve the order’s freshness, redelivery is only permitted on the same day. If the order needs to be dispatched the next day, we will not be responsible for its freshness. A request for a new item(s) is charged as per the listing.
7. The full payment (including all delivery costs) will be charged for any cancellation made after the order has been redelivered.
8. Alternatively, the order may be picked up by the sender or recipient at The Flower Pixie’s premises during business hours, but no later than the next day. Should the order be returned to us following the failed delivery attempt or be picked up by the customer the next day, we will not be held responsible for its condition. No exchange, return or refund will be granted.
E. CHANGE OF DELIVERY DETAILS
1. The request for a delivery detail change must be made in writing with the order receipt attached. We will address the request during our business hours.
2. The change request must be made at least 12 business hours before the intended delivery.
3. There is a SGD5.00 fee for each message card reprint. Reprints will only be made after payment has been received.

A. SUBSTITUTION OF FLOWERS, MATERIALS AND SEASONAL ITEMS
1. All products are subject to availability. We may update, replace, or discontinue any products without prior notice.
2. Flowers are a seasonal product. Their availability, colours and sizes are influenced by the nature. Shortages of materials and flowers can also be caused by disruptions in the supply chain.
3. The majority of preserved flowers have artificial and man-made colours. As a result, batch to batch variations in colours are to be expected.
4. Although we strive to complete orders as shown on this website, there are occasions when the finished product may differ slightly because the relevant flowers or materials are unavailable owing to the aforementioned circumstances.
5. We reserve the right to substitute flowers, materials, other seasonal goods as needed, as long as doing so preserves the order’s value and results in a style that is comparable.
6. The customer will only be informed of the change if it is for a primary flower or if the flowers or materials play a critical role in the overall creative direction.
B. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION AND DISCLAIMER
1. Each stalk of leaves and flowers has unique physical characteristics that come from nature.
The majority of preserved flowers have artificial and man-made colours. As a result, batch to batch variations in colours are to be expected.
As a result, each catalogue product crafted might differ slightly from their images, which is to be expected.
2. The lighting in studios and on location can have an impact on how a product appears in pictures.
3. Product colours may show differently on different monitors due to the wide range of monitor and browser variances. Not all computer monitors have the same calibration, thus online colour reproduction is not accurate. We cannot ensure that the colours you see online will appear the same on every computer, so we cannot guarantee that what you see accurately represents the colour of the actual goods. C. DELIVERY MATTERS, LIABILITY, LATE DELIVERY AND NON-DELIVERY
1. It is the sender’s duty to ensure that the recipient’s delivery information is accurate and that someone is there to accept the order.
2. Our delivery partners will only attempt to contact the recipient if they encounter problems locating the recipient. The sender will be contacted if the recipient cannot be reached.
3. In the event that no one is present to receive the order with both the recipient and sender uncontactable to give instructions, our delivery partners will leave the order outside of the unit so that they can proceed with other deliveries and not affect the delivery times of other orders.
4. Orders that cannot be delivered directly to the recipient at places like hotels, offices, medical facilities, etc. Will be given to the mail room, concierge, reception desk, or other specified drop off sites.
5. The order will be returned to The Flower Pixie’s premises if no one is available to accept it at places where it is not practical to leave it outside the unit, such as outside the gate of a landed property, and neither the sender nor the recipient can be reached to provide instructions. After that, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful.
Redelivery will incur additional fees. Please refer to Section “Unsuccessful Delivery and Redelivery” for more details.
6. In the circumstances listed below, neither we nor our delivery partners will be held responsible for delayed deliveries:
- The delivery address provided is incorrect
- The sender’s or recipient’s contact number is invalid
- No one is present to receive the order
- There is no such recipient at the delivery address
- The sender and the recipient are not reachable
- Security protocol delays
- Force majeure
7. Force Majeure
- For the purpose of this Agreement, an “event of force majeure” means any circumstance not within the reasonable control of The FlowerPixie despite the exercise of reasonable diligence and the observance of good business practices that adversely affects the ability of The Flower Pixie to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and The Flower Pixie has taken all reasonable precautions, due care, and reasonable alternative measures in order to avoid the effect of such an event on its ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement and to mitigate the consequences thereof
- Instances of force majeure events include but are not limited to the following: acts of God, accidents, traffic conditions, adverse weather, natural catastrophes, fires, storms, floods, explosions, epidemics, pandemics, civil commotions, riots, strikes, work stoppages, wars, terrorist acts, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, embargoes, exchange or market rulings, suspension of trading, extreme market volumes or volatility, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy, disruption in supply chains, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host or internet service providers
8. We and our delivery partners shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or disappearance to the order after delivery is done in the situations described below:
- The recipient or representative has acknowledged receipt of the order
- Once the order is left outside the apartment, mail room, concierge, reception desk, or other approved drop-off locations—with or without the recipient or sender’s instructions
- After being instructed to leave the order where it is impractical to do so, such as outside a landed property, commercial unit, shopfront, shophouse, etc
9. Our delivery partners will take a picture of the order when it arrives at the delivery location as a proof of delivery for our records only. In the event of a disagreement between the sender or recipient and us, it will be utilized.
10. Requests to take photographs of recipients holding their delivered orders are not entertained.
11. We do not accept requests from clients to take photographs of the completed products because orders are filled precisely as they are listed in our catalogue. In addition, we perform quality inspections before passing them to our delivery partners.
D. UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY AND REDELIVERY
1. Our delivery partners will make an effort to get in touch with the sender and recipient in the cases listed below to request additional instructions. There will be a 5-minute grace period:
- The delivery address provided is incorrect
- The recipient’s contact number is invalid
- No one is present to receive the order
- There is no such recipient at the delivery address
- Leaving the order where it is impractical to do so, such as outside a landed property, commercial unit, shopfront, shophouse, etc
2. If issues occur during delivery and neither the sender nor the recipient can be reached for instructions, the order will be returned to The Flower Pixie’s premises. After that, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful.
Redelivery will incur additional fees.
3. Redelivery is subject to the following redelivery fees:

6. In order to preserve the order’s freshness, redelivery is only permitted on the same day. If the order needs to be dispatched the next day, we will not be responsible for its freshness. A request for a new item(s) is charged as per the listing.
7. The full payment (including all delivery costs) will be charged for any cancellation made after the order has been redelivered.
8. Alternatively, the order may be picked up by the sender or recipient at The Flower Pixie’s premises during business hours, but no later than the next day. Should the order be returned to us following the failed delivery attempt or be picked up by the customer the next day, we will not be held responsible for its condition. No exchange, return or refund will be granted.
E. CHANGE OF DELIVERY DETAILS
1. The request for a delivery detail change must be made in writing with the order receipt attached. We will address the request during our business hours.
2. The change request must be made at least 12 business hours before the intended delivery.
3. There is a SGD5.00 fee for each message card reprint. Reprints will only be made after payment has been received.

B. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION AND DISCLAIMER

The majority of preserved flowers have artificial and man-made colours. As a result, batch to batch variations in colours are to be expected.
